Operation Joy is a year-round community service project of the Rotary Club of Clearwater East. In partnership with the Target Store at Clearwater Mall, school clothes including shoes are provided for over 100 school children each year. The children are chosen from local schools, Religious Community Services, Spouse Abuse Center, Partners in Self Sufficiency and the Sheriff's Department.

Funding for this shopping trip is provided by voluntary gifts, including the proceeds from the Ernie Thomas Golf Classic.
